Jay was in Miami this past weekend celebrating the release of him & Kanye’s new album, Watch The Throne. He started the night with dinner at Scarpetta & then him & about 40 friends (including Ne-Yo & DJ Clue) ended up at LIV in Fontainbleau & ordered some Ace of Spades Champagne. He tipped the “wait staff” $50 G’s!!
