Denise Richards shows off her youngest daughter, 5-week old Eloise Joni. Denise talked with Us Weekly about what a loving baby Eloise is & her adoption experience.

Denise says, “She’s brought so much joy, and I love her to pieces. She is a cuddle bug. She loves being hugged and held. She’s such a beautiful little baby and little soul.”

And the adoption process, “Some people think if a celebrity wants a baby, they get one the next day. The adoption took two years, and there were times I felt discouraged, times when I got close to adopting a baby and it fell through. But I knew the right baby would find us.”

Today in New York City Project Runway did a public taping with hosts, Heidi Klum, Michael Kors, Nina Garcia & special celebrity guest judge Kim Kardashian. The new season will kick off with 20 designers… the most in Project Runway‘s history.

Jake Gyllenhaal will be on the premiere of Discovery Channel’s show Man vs Wild. Jake will join host Bear Grylls for 2 days as they try to survive in an Icelandic landscape surrounded by mountains, huge glaciers & some of Europe’s most active volcanoes.

Bear said, “The wild is always very revealing — not only physically but mentally. You’ve got to smile when it’s driving horizontal hail and be able to face your fears and just get on and do it — and on both of those accounts, Jake came up strong.”

Jake said, “For me, it’s all about discovery.”

The Man vs Wild season premiere will air on July 11th.

Nick Lacey & Vanessa Minnillo are planning to have their own wedding special on TLC! The couple is partnering with the TLC Network for a one-night special about their wedding planning & the ceremony.

The special will include their wedding shower, Vanessa’s search for the perfect wedding dress & all the planning leading up to their big day.

The special will air a couple weeks after the actual ceremony.

Lauren Conrad who 1st started out in 2004 on MTV’s hit reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange Country then moved onto The Hills & has written 2 New York Times Best Sellers (she’s in the process of writing her 3rd), has her own fashion line, launched a production company to turn her books into movies, has her own beauty website called The Beauty Department & now she can add Lifestyle Editor to her resume.

This Thursday Lauren will begin a 4 month project of writing for Forbes Lifestyle about what it takes to get started in the fashion industry, getting your own web site up (just like her’s) & also getting into the publishing industry.

Nicole Richie loooooves her some Britney Spears! And yesterday she tweeted, “”In honor of my queen, @BritneySpears – Can’t wait to dance tonight!” and posted this video of her & a friend having a dance off to Britney’s I’m A Slave For You.

Britney & Nicki Minaj’s Femme Fatale Tour show was last night in L.A.

Ashlee Simpson was spotted walking around NYC with her new boyfriend. They got pizza together & didn’t care about the paparazzi catching them in lots of PDA. His name is Vincent Piazza. He’s best known from Rescue Me for his recurring role as Tony. Previous roles have included HBO’s Boardwalk Empire & Rocket Science.
