Yesterday was like 90 degrees out! We walked around the Boat Show. All these yachts are crazy big & crazyyyy expensive. We saw Elin’s (Tigers ex) new boyfriend, Chris Cline’s yacht called ‘Mine Games‘ She definitely made out at the end of that deal. She’s got like $100 million & a boyfriend with more $$$$.
This is a nice size yacht! ‘Diamonds are Forever’ sits in Palm Beach’s marina year-round. I’d looooove to rent one of these for a week & cruise the caribbean.
After the groundhog did not see his shadow (which doesn’t really matter her in So. Fl… but I’m happy for family & friends up north), we went to the West Palm Beach Green Market near downtown on Clematis Street. Local businesses have tents & sell different types of food & drinks mostly. There was one tent selling freshly made red velvet doughnuts! I’m not that big on red velvet or doughnuts but these were so fresh & sooo good!! Didn’t even compare to Dunkin Donuts
Sunday morning we went to breakfast & the beach! Then spent the afternoon with some friends at the International Palm Beach Polo Club. We stomped the divots, drank some champagne & had dinner. I love going to the Polo Club… it’s so pretty, lots of fancy cars & you spend the day outside! We got home & watched the Superbowl halftime show with Beyonce… LOVE HER! I saw this quote online: “So I heard they’re playing football at the Beyonce concert tonight” hahah!

This past weekend Mark & I went to Naples to see my Mom & David. My Mom is so much fun…. I <3 her & she was super excited that we drove over to see them. When we got there Saturday night we picked her up & went to get some pizza for dinner at Pizzaiola. And on Sunday night us 4 went to Blue Martini which has the besttttttt HAPPY HOUR for drinks & food. Every time I go there I get the “skinny Rita” (just like the Skinnygirl).
So my Mom & I were a lil’ tipsy from the margaritas & then we walked over to Burn By Rocky Patel so Mark & David could smoke cigars. My Mom found a cigarette on the table we sat at & we started smoking it (I guess thinking it was a like a cigar) & she passed it to me. I thought my lung was going to collapse when I took a hit off of it. Sooooo….. me & my Mom smoked a cigarette & we don’t even smoke. Yeah, it’s called #motherdaughterbonding
And I tried Bethenny’s White Cranberry Cosmo too that night & it’s gooooooood!!
We had so much fun visting them….. Good memories & good times!!

For the last couple Sundays Mark & I have been watching Secret Millionaire on ABC. It’s a show that takes one millionaire & has them pack a suitcase, move into a place in an inner city. Given nothing but $50 to spend for the week, they go out & find places to volunteer at & at the end of the week they give those charities/families a check.
It’s the BEST show ever!
The 1st episode of Secret Millionaire had Helen & Ellen on who serve meals at their place called The Love Kitchen & Oprah had them on her show…
Yesterday I met Meredith in Santa Monica. She suggested we walked to Shutters for brunch & bloody mary’s. It’s so not your average Santa Monica place. It was really busy for their Sunday brunch but we found 2 seats at the bar & ate there. Love the atmosphere & the nautical decor…. blue striped frabic, wicker seats & white walls. Reminded me of this place that Mark & I go to in Montauk every summer.

We stopped by Casa Del Mar right next door cause my cousin, Lissa got married there! The place is beautiful!
We went to The Lobster cause Meredith said they had the best mojitos & they do! And we went shopping at Santa Monica Place.

Excited to see all the pretty dresses at this year’s show! Can’t wait to see Gwyneth Paltrow, Amy Adams, Halle Berry & Melissa Leo. Especially excited to see what Rachel Zoe picked out for Anne Hathaway’s 17 dress changes throughout the show!

Today Mark & I went to Malibu Kitchen. It’s a rustic place. I felt like I was somewhere in Maine. Homemade soups with homemade labels, lots of different bags of chips & pretzels that aren’t sold in most stores. My favorite are those pretzel chips & they had Tuscan three cheese flavor. Lots of people have been here…
They had the cutest Valentine’s Day treats. Huge cupcakes the size of my head, homemade <3 shaped sugar cookies with sprinkles & Vday messages written on them, chocolate chip cookies the size of a plate.
After we went to go see “Just Go With It” It was cute. Throughout the movie they make fun of plastic surgery. I was shocked to see someone have a little part in the movie. Hint: Beverly Hills housewife (no… not Taylor).
